Note: The "Adjust" button on the watch is design to indent into the watch case, it is the design of the watch in order to avoid the user not easy to press the adjust button while in use. It is not faulty
All the DW-5600 series of the watch is design like that. You can see from our listing photo which show that the adjust button is different with the rest of the three buttons.
You need use little nail (the tidy object) to press the button to active the adjust button, please do try it out.
