Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions:
* Warranty period is show on product listing, it is either one (1) year or (2) year from the date of payment received, warranty provide by Casio Australia
*Within 30 days from the date of products received, if the product is fault or defective, we will either replace or exchange or refund the goods.
*From the 31st day of products received to the end of the warranty period, if the product is fault or defective within the warranty period, the product will be repaired.
*Repair is free of charge (Parts and Labour) except in case of damage caused by accidents or lack of care.
*The customer is responsible for all the expense associated with the shipping and package for the goods return back to us,and upon repaired, sent back to customer.
*Goods should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price(include shipping) and shipped via traceable means.
*We are not responsible for any losses or damage in the mail or transportation while returning the goods to us for repair, replacement or refund.
*If the goods need return for refund or replace or exchange, we have to receive the goods first before we will process refund or replace or exchange.
* Goods may take at least 3 weeks for repair, sometime it take longer subject to the parts available.
* The return shipping cost and all the associated expense is paid by the customer, as soon as we repair the goods, we will inform customer to deposit AUD$10 for goods return back to customer, by using Australia Post, we will sent a notice to customer as soon as the goods is ready to dispatch.
* What the warranty does not cover: Any product, which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed. Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from: Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product. Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized us. Any damage of the product due to shipment. Removal or installation of the product. Causes external to the product, such as electric power fluctuations or failure. Use of supplies or parts not meeting the product's specifications.Normal wear and tear. Any other cause, which does not relate to a product defect. Removal, installation and set-up service charges by any third party.
*The warranty covers the watch case, movement, dial and hands and any metal bracelet. It does not cover the glass, battery, or scratches caused by normal wear and tears. Similarly, damage caused by natural disasters such as earthquake or floods etc are not covered.
*We will not be liable for any losses, damages or injury to persons or property of the customer or any other person from the use or possession of any our product sold by to the customer.
*For warranty claim, please contact our service department by email, before return the product.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
