Q: What payment options do you offer and how do you process my payment?

 ozDigitalWatch is accept following payment method:

 * Credit Card / Debit Card via Paypal merchant facility

Credit cards (Visa, Master, Discover, America Express) can be processed by PayPal Guess checkout without a PayPal account. After checkout, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, below the PayPal login area, you will have an link "Pay Pay with a credit or debit card". Simply click this to for payment.

* Paypal Account

After checkout, login to your PayPal account to make the payment from your Paypal balance or a credit card and have the transaction linked to your PayPal account. 


* Credit Card / Debit Card / Google Pay via Stripe payment gateway facility


* Direct Deposit / Online Bank Transfer to our Westpac Australian Bank

After selecting the direct deposit payment option and completing your order, you will then be emailed our account details to make payment, please use your invoice number as reference. Once payment has cleared we will then dispatch your order.


ozDigitalWatch reserves the right to refuse or withhold any order from dispatch in order to process further security checks, if required these can delay an order for an additional 1 to 2 working days depending on the purchaser. For Credit Card / Paypal payment, due to Paypal policy, we only allow sent the item to the address show on the Paypal payment page, so make sure you have double check the shipping address before process payment.


Q: Do you offer Zippay / Afterpay?

We don't use Zippay / Afterpay, but Paypal now offer "Pay in 4" service for registered user, it is a buy now, pay later offer that lets customer split your purchases into 4 interest-free payments.


Q: Do I need to send you a receipt for confirmation of my payment via direct deposit or bank transfer?

You do not need to send us any receipts or any payment confirmations provided you use your order number as the reference number when making your deposit, if not done this can cause delays in matching your payment to your order, once the payment is received in our account, you will receive an email from us as confirmation that we have received your fund. However to speed up the process, it will be great if you could sent us your bank transfer receipt.
