ORDER

Q: How do I order online?

·        Click on the watch you want.

·        Click "Add to Cart" and checkout, or continue browsing.

·        View your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon in the top right corner.

·        Click "Checkout".

·        Enter your detail and postal address.

·        After confirming your details, click“Place Order”, you will be taken to another screen to complete your purchase.

·        Checkout with Paypal secure payment gateway with your credit card / debt card or PayPal account.

 

Q: What happens after I place my order?

After you place your order and payment received, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order is then processed immediately, we will dispatched your order within 24 hours or next business day if your payment is received in weekend or public holiday.

 After the item is dispatch to Australia Post. Another email will be sent to you with tracking number. Then you can track the item online http://auspost.com.au/track/

 

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

To better serve our customers, change of mind cancellations or order exchange are accepted provide the order is not dispatch yet. 

If the order is dispatched to Australia Post, order cancellation after that is not possible, this case will be treated as an ‘change of mind’ return. Please see terms and conditions for this return type at return policy page.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

For free postage, we will sent the watch out by Australia Parcel Post, depend what state the item is sent to, according to Australia Post,usually delivery take 2 - 6 working days, WA and NT or outside metropolitan areas may take more time, all delivery time are subject to Australia Post,including but not limited to, peak holiday, traffic congestion, heavy weather etc

 If you want get it fast, you can use Australia Express Post service for a special price $5 only (retail cost $13.5), if your area is within Australia Express Post network, it should arrive in 1 working days, this is subject to Australia Post. If postal address is outside this network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links, but it need take more business day delivery.
